@Paladin1873 The divisions in this country now are NOT state by state it is urban vs non-urban, a person in rural Oregon has FAR more in common with someone in rural upstate New York than they do with someone in Portland as an example.

Lesson is unless we want things to devolve into violence in the near future the process of a region leaving a state to join another state or become a new state must be made easier, the decision must 100% be left up to those people in that region, way too many large urban areas profoundly abuse the rural areas of their states both stripping them of their Constitutional rights, which biased urban dominated courts refuse to defend them from, and by enacting legislation that is destructive to the economies and lives of those in rural areas. We have numerous such cases currently in the US and in Canada, I myself am involved in the effort for 3/4 of the counties in Oregon and a few in far Northern California to join Idaho, I also fully expect most Washington counties to join this effort over the next few months. Portland and Seattle in the Northwest and the Bay Area and LA in California have complete dominance over their respective states to the point where the citizens of most counties in these states have no voice at all and must endure urban control over every aspect of their lives, this situation is intolerable and must end, I hope everyone seeks a peaceful solution and separation.
