Since so much of Latin America has gone far left the Russo-Chinese alliance will have several Latin American allies, this will cause civil wars all over Latin America, like in Brazil, commie Lula supporters vs nationalist Bolsinaro supporters etc. In addition several African countries will fight with China-Russia alliance adding to African devastation, I can see a South African civil war as a result. After Russia nukes most major Western cities there will be political and social unity in the West because huge urban areas contain 90% of the political left in the Western world. The West will use nukes on China because they will have both the need to and excuse after Russia nukes the West. India, Pakistan and China will all use nukes in that war theater, first by Pakistan because like Russia it has no hope of winning a conventional war against a far superior enemy. It will all last 5-10 years if that because everyone will be so spent from both nuclear attacks, even though those will likely be in the dozens rather than hundreds, and the mass starvation and resulting unsanitary conditions will cause disease outbreaks, look for a third or more of the world population to die, especially in Africa and Middle East of famine.
