  3. Seattle was fine 25-30 years ago, beautiful, clean, little crime and lots of fun. it has went to hell thanks to terrible local and state leadership plus just a lot of really bad and crazy people moved here from Cali.

  4. Not that simple, organization in Portland tried to house a bunch of homeless, 70% turned them down when they found out there were rules like no illegal drugs.

  5. I am only surprised Portland is not on the list, if you did non metro areas I guarantee the rest of Washington and the rest of Oregon would be very sad they have to live in the same states as Seattle and Portland.
