  6. Saying Congress approved this is not entirely true, there is no way you can read these tens of thousands of pages in these bills where they hide them. This guy needs to apologize for defending this crap. USAID is used as a CIA front half the time, maybe 10% of what they actually do is real aid as President Bukele said.
