  4.  @pickymapping6098  Actually there is a ethnic minority of Lithuanians there who were the original inhabitants before Germany took it. FYI there is a Independence movement in Kaliningrad with significant support. As for not doing what Russia did "morals of Western countries" screw your PC BS, fight fire with fire.
