I think Iger intentionally put it out early at Caan so they could humiliate Kathleen Kennedy, he knew how bad it was, I do think he will "retire" KK after this, Disney is no longer financially in a position that it can afford to lose millions from Kennedy's mega expensive fan fiction woke self inserts. It cost something like $330 million with all the re-shoots, marketing was probably another $150 million so a total cost of $480 million, meaning this thing needs to make close to a billion dollars to break even ($960 million or so), its projections less than a week away are for it to make $420 million to $650 million, meaning best case scenario it will lose over $300 million making it the second biggest money loser of all time behind only The Flash, which looks to be on it's way to lose even more than Indy 5 by quite a bit.
