Keep in mind if they make a genuine effort to do what we wanted and we still tell them to eff off the likelihood that they AND others in Hollywood will change course is next to zero, when a dog finally sits after 50 attempts you do NOT swat him on the nose, you reward him if you ever expect to get that behavior consistently.

  4. When you tell someone to change and they do exactly what you ask and you still tell them to eff off, why would they continue to make an effort? Why would anyone in Hollywood continue to make an effort? That attitude is self defeating.
