  3. But the stuff he is required to do is unrealistic for someone that age and size, I realize it is blasphemy to say so but Herbert erred in that regard.

  4. and a 15 year old, especially a small one doing these things is unrealistic, I have no idea what Herbert was thinking when he made the character that young, I know it is blasphemy but Herbert should have made Paul older say 18-20

  5. So glad this is good, making Dune into a movie is not easy. I agree 100% the actor chosen for Paul was all wrong and Lady Jessica is worse, especially compared to the lady who played her in the first Dune movie. Hard for me to imagine a minor role for Chani then again the first movie almost wrote Duncan Idaho out of the film, the books are just such a huge convoluted universe something I guess has to be sacrificed to cut it down to 3 hours or less.
