  2. The vast majority of farm workers are LEGAL immigrants with green cards, they are not being deported so that is a BS argument.

  3. The National Guard can be used for domestic LE, it does not violate the Posse Comitatus law however using regular military against US citizens would violate that law however these people in question are illegal alien invaders NOT US citizens so it does not violate the law.
