Silicon Valley is not just liberal but extremely liberal, but honestly I think Trump's "comments" are just an excuse the real reasons are Trump positions such as Trump is against job killing "free trade" deals that Hillary loves they only benefit the corporations like Apple which makes almost everything in China. Apple would see some of its massive profits have to go into building plants in the US and hiring workers at above a dollar per day, so obviously Apple wants nothing to do with Trump. Another factor is a few months ago Trump was asked something about enforcing laws on corporate abuse and he pointed out the Obama Administration does not even enforce the laws we have and he cited as an example Amazon which should be charged with violations of the Anti-Trust laws, which then started the feud between him and the Washington Post which is owned by Amazon owner Jeff Bezos, I am sure Apple could be charged with many of the same crimes if laws were actually enforced, Apple knows Hillary will let them continue to violate any law they want but Trump they have to know is probably serious about charging corporate criminals. Everyone of those corporations that were on that list boycotting the GOP convention stand to lose big money if the gigantic "free trade" bill the TPP (NAFTA on steroids) does not pass, if Trump wins he will never sign that job killing bill and they know Hillary will, they are just using PC as an excuse.
