The biggest thing one must consider for a VP is how many votes will they bring in vs how many will they lose, considering you win an election by getting Independents to vote for you and stealing some from the other party then the clear winner is General Flynn who appeals to both Independents and Reagan Democrats as opposed to someone like Governor Pence an who will chase those potential voters away
