  1. well in some states like Oregon for example polygraph is illegal to use to hire so that makes sense, a big chunk of border guards are not on Mexican border to waiving Spanish makes sense and considering that 2/3 will quit working out like demons the day they pass that physical that makes some sense also. add in the fact they were not remotely able to fill vacancies under Obama how are they supposed to hire an additional 10,000 agents. this should apply to ICE and DHS
