  1. BS, the plan through continued chain migration for several years (only slightly less restrictive than now) would allow in 11-12 million. This plan SUCKS and will turn the country over to the Dems, look what amnesty of illegals in the late 80's turned California into. Give 700-800 thousand of the kids actually raised here permanent resident cards and their parents resident cards for a few years but no citizenship as a reward for breaking the law. Only path to citizenship is military service and resident status revoked if felony committed.
