  1.  @quintrankid8045  I was a LE officer and worked at the FBI in an area with quite a few and NO they are not dangerous unless you corner them like a rat, then ya they will fight. Leave them alone and they pose no danger to anyone except in a financial sense to the IRS who gets less money and THAT is the issue the government cares about.

  4. That theory is a running joke in the West, it has had comedy sketches on TV shows about it, that the whole "collapse" of the Soviet Union was staged to get NATO off their back and do a sneak attack on the West.
