@bobbyaxelrod5959 People are sane in Redding, the county wants to join Idaho after SW Oregon and Eastern Oregon do. Trouble is Redding is hot as Hades in the Summer.

@azdbuk It comes with vast homelessness, filth and crime. As for weather I have spent a tremendous amount of time in Cali for work and it is as hot as Hades in the Summer.

In some of these urban areas you cannot sell a house at any price because no one wants a house across from a homeless encampment full of needles, poop and crime. The real estate market in these crime ridden urban centers is going to collapse, the commercial already is.

California is so politically moribund, stuck in an ideology that allows no deviance that it will not be able to react or make any changes, you will continue to see urban California collapse into an almost third world state. This will negatively effect all other states from Texas West because California out migration to those states will lead to those states voting in the same failed policies that led to California's collapse, see Portland Oregon and Seattle Washington as places swamped with California immigrants as examples of what is to come, because I seriously doubt most Californians will give up their religious like political and social ideology.
