I can see Russia attempting to take at least part of Moldova any day now, the government has been destabilized, they blew the bridge that is the only connection Ukraine has through Ukraine to their SW panhandle region known as Budjak that is just South of Moldova and could function as a land bridge to both Transnistria and Southern Moldova which includes the autonomous Gagauz region. Russia a couple weeks ago sent its Black Sea fleet amphibious assault ships out of port. I think they are planning on attacking this rural lightly populated area to have a way to get to Moldova/Transnistria other than by air, plus they would have the Odesa and Western Kherson regions in a pincer then which is now the entire Ukrainian coast which is a Russian goal to seize.
