  17. You know the Russians cut off power to the area today and the plant is running now on giant diesel generators but they only have fuel for about 48 hours. Nuclear plants 1,2 and 3 were still undergoing decommissioning, plant 4 was the site of the accident. I am assuming there was still cooling operations on 1,2 and 3 where rods were stored.

The extended attack plan map exposed in Belarus by Lukashenko showed Russian troops advancing from Western Ukraine into Moldova, if he took Moldova half of Romania would be impossible almost for NATO to defend, I imagine Romania, thus NATO, would be forced to assist Moldova with air and land forces. The map key also showed they anticipated coming into contact with certain specific US forces, based upon where those units are currently stationed it would most likely be an attack in the Lithuania, Latvia, NE Poland corridor to the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, most likely an effort to create a land bridge to the Kaliningrad region.

Zelensky was a populist nationalist political outsider when elected in mid 2019 in Ukraine, he considered himself a Trump fan, meanwhile in America after just one disastrous year the establishment Biden administration has record low approval numbers and Trump in polling easily beats him, not to mention within the GOP itself establishment candidates have been getting whacked by populist outsiders in primary races across the country. In Canada establishment darling Trudeau has had record disapproval numbers, his party actually finished second in September's election but through Parliamentary shenanigans with the NDP he maintained power, meanwhile the Conservative Party there booted their establishment leader for more of a populist the minute the trucker convoys started. In France the most outside of outsiders a Populist Nationalist seems to be garnering more support than either establishment candidate.

That is completely false that it has been "almost completely surrounded", Ukrainians have held the South and Southwest completely open, Russian control directly to the West is also contested and it is also open to the SE of the metro area, the line of Russian control East of the metro area around Bovary is heavily contested with Ukrainians able to ambush everything that comes in the the East for Russia. The only area Russia has complete control in is North, NW and NE of Kiev metro area. Many "Russian controlled" areas are nothing but a main road and a few towns along it in the North and NE.
