Bulgaria is a beautiful country but when I was there years ago it was profoundly corrupt, I got the impression many of the former Communist leadership did not go anywhere and are still in charge, strangely many people seemed to still support Communism and the USSR was their "great friend", it was strange. By the way pretty sure things are cheaper in Moldova although its not in the EU.

  2. Yet they do not stop to realize their expenses will often outstrip those higher salaries in Western Europe plus they will have to deal with all the crime and general degradation of Western Europe, if they were smart they would stay put.
