  1. JD is becoming a bit unhinged. He keeps repeating that the NYC cops ran over a bunch of people. Clearly, they didn't run over or hit anyone - nobody got hurt. On the other hand, the car did hit the cop hard enough to flip him through the air. Cops don't "protect and serve" the common citizen - that's propaganda. Cops enforce the laws of the city or state they work for. That's why the profession is called "law enforcement." (I don't know any cops)
