The farmers in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands have led very strong protests against gov't efforts to restrict farming. So, I think the gov't would be foolish to pass laws that would restrict millions of home gardeners. The torches and pitchforks are coming out.

In my experience, when gov't actions or inaction does not make sense, it's a sign that an agenda is in play. Imo, the agenda in this case is 1984.

If you get caught in a rip current, stay calm and swim parallel to the shore. When you get out of it, swim back to shore.

Nice shooting, Lilly! Your technique really is the same as shooting a firearm where three points - rearsight, frontsight, and target - are aligned.
31
We are not replacing our two cars which are both over 13 years old, and we also minimize our driving. Gasoline prices here in CA are the highest in the US, but maybe not as high as in Europe. It is very concerning. Be safe, Lilly.
29
Imo, your prepping is going well, Lilly. In a grid down situation, the lack of heating and cooling in the house will be a problem, but I think in Austria, it won't be too bad. Stay safe.

A few days ago, California got hit by a winter storm in the high Sierra Mountains (not uncommon). The freeway was closed down at Donner Pass, which was named after the Donner Party, a very unlucky group of settlers back in the 1800's. In a bugout, a person could easily end up in a similar situation.

Well done to both Lilly and Sam! Awesome shelter, crayfish trap, and archery. I think you both showed tremendous mental and physical strength. I probably would have survived only a few days in that environment even with tent, gear, clothes, etc.
14
In Orwell's novel "1984," Europe is annexed by Russia to form a single superpower called Eurasia. I didn't see how that could happen until now.
14
Food industry has told so many lies over the years, along with big oil, pharma, tech, etc.
12
Imo Lilly, your snares and traps would be more productive against small game. However, that sling would be work well against threats like a bear or human.
12
Might be multiple factors
11
Nice shooting - should put dinner on the table if SHTF.
10
Sounds like someone is practicing with modern projectile-throwing tools nearby.

A couple of Alaskan hunting guides said even a 9mm can kill a bear with a head shot(s), but the bear can be on you in seconds. Have the weapon in a holster ready to go, they said.
9
We need to elect politicians to run the country. The problem are the uber-wealthy oligarchs who essentially, buy the politicians.
7
Lilly, it's good that you are maintaining and expanding your super shelter because you might need to bug out there one day.
7
I've never seen someone hit a jump shot with a bow before. Very impressive shooting, Lilly!
7
Imo, you would do well as an investigative reporter, Lilly! We definitely need more voices who can expose the war between good and evil in this world because right now, evil is winning.
6
We're currently using my kids' old school backpacks, which are falling apart. So yeah, I took a real interest in this video.
6
"Made in China" outdoor products are mostly pretty decent quality in my experience. You can get a lemon from anywhere, but Amazon makes it easy to return.
5
Wow Lilly, I almost thought you were recording this video inside a hardware store. Sometime in 2016-17, I heard about the coming inflation and started buying items that I considered of secondary priority such as tools. I could only afford a little at a time and of course, I'm continuing to do so. I just ordered a Weller 300W soldering iron, solar panel cables, and connectors. I'm also trying to prioritize what to take with me if I have to bug out. I'm weighing everything so as to avoid overloading the car's suspension.
5
Nice shooting, Lilly! Besides Austria, it appears the entire west is moving towards more state control. But, due to its sheer size, I think you could easily disappear into the wilderness somewhere in the US or Canada.
5
Yes, I think your first option would be to "bug-in" since you have everything you need to survive in your residence. Only "bug-out" if you have no choice. Definitely get a projectile-throwing defensive tool and training if at all possible because the bad guys will be sure to have them.
5
No life jackets? I trust you two can swim.
5
That's a work of art! Too pretty to use though.
5
Wow, Lilly. If I may say so, you rock that bikini! Looking good, lady.
4
That looks like a professional quality job Lilly, using the right tools and parts. I don't remember the last time it rained here.
4
Good idea to stock up now, Lilly. Also, you might have to help family members who don't prep. Your situation is similar to here in California.
4
@northengirl2884 The farmer's market might accept it.
4
Imo, the PTB will not let Trump become US President again. WWIII and/or pandemic probably would not stop the election, but a widespread grid down would.
3
You did a lot of work developing your knives Lilly, and it shows.
3
Sometimes a break can be beneficial. It wouldn't surprise me if you soon reach new highs in your archery, Lilly. Let's hope so!
3
I was wondering why your small 300W solar generator would not run the 40W freezer. Thanks Lilly, that explains it. My freezer also creates a strong surge when the compressor starts. I didn't know the significance of that until now.
3
Lilly, it looked like the iron may need to be of a higher wattage so that thick wire gets hot enough to melt the solder and form a solid connection to the terminal. If not, the connection may overheat when the battery is charging.
3
And after the pack is all set up, put it on and go for a nice long walk!
3
Thanks for the info about aluminum, Lilly. After watching this video, I did a little more reading about it. Now, I've stopped using aluminum foil for cooking.
2
Lilly, you need to bring a water filter next time - really.
2
Lots of interesting animals to see. When you were going down the zip line head first, it looks like you had a hard landing.
2
Although I have an electronics background, I've never installed a solar system and it looks a bit intimidating. Hopefully, the panels can take the bumps and vibration from a moving vehicle. Good for you Lilly, for tackling this project.
2
At about the 2:00 minute mark, he seemed to say the energy crisis is intentional, which I agree with. And also the pandemic, supply chain disruptions, inflation, climate crisis, etc - all intentional. It's good to see protests in Austria and other countries. Imo, it's still not too late to stop these globalist bastards.
2
Except for the weak spot, the bow worked really well. Maybe you could salvage it by gluing and tying a piece of wood across the break.
2
Congratulations Lilly! One million subs - major milestone!
2
Lilly, that's some very nice work on your watchtower. But I recommend you think this through. If you watch some war movies, you'll see what often happens to the sentry in the watchtower.
2
The uber-weathy's high-consumption lifestyle is responsible for 50% of the climate crisis, but they are not going to give that up, not when they have the power to drive the middle class down into poverty, thus eliminating the other 50% and the climate crisis.
2
Lilly, you ask some good hard questions. Imo, this virus was lab-engineered and released in Wuhan during the World Military Sports Games, which was held in Wuhan during Oct 18-28, 2019. The outbreak in Wuhan started 1-2 weeks after the end of the games. Representatives from all over the world attended the games and carried the virus back to their own countries. US Army and CIA personnel carried out this bio-weapon attack, but the ring-leaders are the global scumbags who actually control the world. I think Trump had no part of it. People will vehemently deny that such evil exists, and that's why it's been free to instigate decades of wars, pandemics, economic collapses, and famines.
2
Well, I've decided to replace my KBAR with an APO-1H. I'm sure it will work out great!
2
Wow Lilly, your gas prices are much higher than here in California, which is the highest in the US (about $4.30/gal). Your food prices seem higher too, but it's hard to say because you have different food products. Your pantry is well stocked and organized with maybe 4-5 times more food than ours, but we eat like birds. I lived in Germany for two years while in the service and visited Austria during the winter holidays to go skiing. I still enjoy wurst and sauerkraut sometimes.
2
Lockdowns for the unvaxed coming next month in Austria. Update: Lockdowns for everyone, vaccinations mandatory. So, if something is not working, let's do it more.
2
That's such a great setup!
