The warming climate is causing the jet stream's course to change and the oceans to warm, which is leading to erratic and extreme weather events, and most seriously, destroying sealife and farm crops. We are already seeing growing famine worldwide, and within a decade, if will reach a biblical scale. The Wuhan Virology lab in China stored only one strain of the coronavirus. The US is the only country that has developed multiple strains. China notified the US about the outbreak in early Jan, but Trump wasted valuable weeks during which the virus spread like wildfire. First, he called it a "China hoax." Americans are the leading contributors to climate change per capita, but is Trump doing anything to fight this threat? No, in fact he's doing everything to make it worse. If he's reelected, which seems likely, many of today's children and young adults will die before their time due to starvation, exposure, disease, and/or violence. Then we'll look back at this time when we had one last chance to avoid a climate change catastrophe, but blew it.

  48. Nobody is saying these wildfires are caused by climate change. Scientists say that climate change is creating the conditions, primarily drought and excessive heat, that exacerbates the wildfires. Some fires probably are caused by arsonists. Nobody is disputing that. That's another matter.
