  1. This video states that the two A-bombs are what forced Japan to surrender. Actually, Japan had made overtures for surrender well before the bombs were dropped. US military leaders advised Truman not to drop the bomb because why nuke someone who is trying to surrender? But,Truman wanted to drop the bombs before Japan HAD A CHANCE to surrender, so he wantonly killed over 200,000 civilians. It's possible that he was coerced by elements within the US warfare state.
