  8.  @johnkamot3237  nice researching I would say that teaching the urban planners of tomorrow would have a larger impact then simply planning within 1 city though, especially when paired with his YouTube channel to sway the opinion of the general public. The world is a big place, it’s very difficult to manage your time to have the largest impact possible before you die.

  10. Cities thrive on efficiency, planned cites dominate this aspect. I think they look great, and especially like how easy it is to properly space amenities within walking distance.
