  8. For all the people who trying to quit smoking I have some advice, I have never smoked as it offers me lots of cons with no benefit, but I have conquered other addictions using this method. I’m sure by now you have noticed that your consciousness is not the only thing in control of your body, we all have different sub systems influencing our decisions everyday, sometimes in open defiance of what our conscious mind knows to be right. The only way to take control, and overpower them? You have to know it, you have to truly believe that your consciousness is the strongest force in existence, scream out in rage every single time you feel another impulse challenging your conscious decisions, there is only you, and the enemies within, slap yourself in the face if you have too, let them know that the only options are to submit to your will, or die. Not everyone has the strength to do This immediately, addiction is a powerful foe, so to help increase your control, and power of will, you can force your body into uncomfortable situations, a good example is taking a cold shower, your body will certainly hate this, but if you can overcome it and will your body to do it anyway, then you will be one step closer to total control, exercise is also a good catalyst to increase power of will, but do your research on proper training techniques so you don’t get hurt, I recommend greasing the grove calisthenics, combined with mobility training and stretching. I wish you the best of luck, kick your bodies a$$
