  1. Yea, you can by the tiny houses for under 50k, but what about the land to put them on and all the fees to properly hook it up?

  2. Property taxes should go into one large pool for the entire state and distributed where they are needed most rather than to "wealthier" neighborhoods. But yea, that's big bad socialism. Can't have that! And we already have issues with underprivileged areas not getting the local funds they need, even with property taxes. So that is not a good argument to keep property taxes.

  4. If you want an affordable place to live, move into a vehicle with a travel trailer and live at highway rest stops. Obviously don't stay at the same one every night.

  6. This video is stirring up some serious envy as I reminisce about my time in Florida. Sure, I only miss living there from mid-November to mid-March. The rest of the year feels like you’re walking through a sauna. Once you step outside, it’s like being wrapped in a warm, soggy blanket. And it's unavoidable. Having said that, by the end of the week it will be 15 degrees with light snow in my town. But at least I get to wave at the Amish people riding by on their horse and buggies.
