  2. Well, thank god I bought my house in a semi-rural part of Pennsylvania. Sure, it gets cold in the winter. But it is one of the few places NOT expected to get hit by climate change. Other than a potential Blizzard, I'm safe from most weather catastrophes. My biggest fear will be the climate refugees from New York and New Jersey.
