  1. I found an interesting 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home in southern Illinois selling for something like $28k. The address is: 336 E Raymond St, Harrisburg, IL 62946. I was debating buying it as an investment to rent but I live in Pennsylvania so don't want to deal with out of state issues. And I don't know what shape the roof is in or the wooden foundation in front of the building. If it was in a warmer state, I'd buy it for a vacation home. Not sure southern Illinois qualifies as that 🙂
