I also remember when every other comment didn't get censored on youtube.

@jeremywalsh7854 Got it. So you expect everyone in congress to be an expert on everything in the world and write detailed law instead of relying on "real experts" in these Federal Agencies? And you are okay with some random judges who are also not experts on every topic to fairly judge what these federal agencies are passing? Sure, give the judge a few kickbacks and he'll make sure you get what you want. That is what it will come down to.

Authoritarian regimes always prioritize profit making schemes over investing in the real economy, leading to decline. Russia is a perfect example. Ukraine revealed it as a paper tiger, with money going to oligarchs and cronies instead of the "real" economy. The U.S. has been on a similar path for years, but the DT administration is speeding it up.
22
And why wasn't the same media up and arms about DT pardoning his own family members and other criminals? At least be fair and be outraged over the previous pardons. Otherwise it comes across as disingenuous.
19
Yea, time for Biden and the Senate to increase the number of justices on the Supreme Court from 9 to 13. The court is already politicized so why not further politicize it in your favor.
14
He needs a presidential pardon.
14
Now we need the former president's entire empire to be sold off. Justice served.
13
A functioning society can't exist if we refuse to hold those in power accountable. This is truly the end of the country. Long after orange man is gone, historians will look back on the last few decades as the end. Election of orange man is the culmination of having no accountability for our elected officials.

I know that area in front of Dolphin stadium well. I used to live not far from there years ago. The speed limits are often considered speed traps. Having said that, Tyreek brought it upon himself by not listening to what the officer repeatedly asked him to do. Seriously, why did he not keep his window rolled down, especially since his windows were darkly tinted. I think the officer could have easily grabbed his own pistol thinking his life was in danger because he could not see through those windows.
12
Yet another example of no accountability for those with money and power. Yet my little nephew got a ticket for jaywalking a few months ago. Can't make this stuff up.
9
@tylerberry5508 so because one administration does a few bad things it gives the new administration the right to go all out?' What about taking the higher road? Yea, god forbid we expect anything like that from DT.
9
Good luck having a real discussion about this on youtube. Each time I tried to post a comment it got censored no matter how many times I edited it. That's why youtube can never be a forum for discussion. It's about advertising dollars, not discussions. Just post a lame comment to attract attention and move on.
8
It would be interesting to see you make video explaining why, in some states, it seems easier for officials to restrict voting rights than gun ownership rights. This raises questions about how our constitutional rights are interpreted and protected differently.
8
censorship test Yea, youtube is seriously censoring comments in this thread.
8
Well, at least they are consistent in NOT holding those in power accountable for anything. Is that really a good thing?
7
@briannabenson4173 And having a quasi-fascist dictatorship is the alternative? Because all these recent right wing supreme court decisions literally brought us that. And let's not forget their past decisions "money is free speech and corporations are people." Arbitrary rules that break precedent for no other reason than being in power and being able to do so doesn't sound like a legitimate government that should be obeyed.
6
For a minute I thought this "death by lemonade" video was going to discuss the crappy album by Beyonce called Lemonade and how anyone who forced themselves to listen to the entire album probably died from boredom.
6
@AttilaThePun89 No you don't understand any of our concerns. Anything big money interests disagree with will be considered ambiguous and not acceptable. It's that simple. No amount of testimony will convince the handpicked judges otherwise. This will not benefit the majority of Americans.
6
@kenflike99 Good job turning into a liberal discussion. Meanwhile, the poorer conservative rural areas where many regulations will be gutted will become the new cancer alleys.
6
The issue is lack of accountability for those in power. Nobody wants to hold anyone accountable because of potential retribution. You can't have a functioning country as long as this stands. Honestly, nothing else matters. A good start would be too 100% eliminate presidential pardons.
6
The suspect was holding him accountable because the justice system wouldn't.

Texas already removed its power grid from the national power grid. Their power grid is separate from the two major national grids to avoid federal oversight. This limited number of ties to the national grid made it extremely difficult for the state to import electricity from other states during the most recent major crisis in 2021. The deregulation of its electricity market beginning in the 1990s resulted in competition in wholesale electricity prices, but also led to excessive cost-cutting for more profits. If Texas can't get its power grid system to properly handle major issues, how can it handle more complex economic and political problems? Texas would quickly become the poster child of fascism as more and more billionaires move their to avoid paying taxes on everything. And with few to no regulations on big business, expect everyone else to be nothing more than cattle to be farmed for their money. And the courts will give you little recourse because lawsuits against these big businesses will be severely limited.

He needs to take it a step further and pre-pardon the entire population of the USA so we can safely resist the incoming fascist administration!
5
They know what the constitution says. They choose to ignore it and interpret it whichever way benefits themselves.

This takes me back to when my friends and I played Capture the Flag at night as kids. I dressed up as a ninja in a camouflage outfit and spent forever coming up with a solid game plan: routes, distractions, the whole deal. But of course, one of my teammates decided to go full traitor and spill everything to the other side. Five minutes later, we got steamrolled, and I learned a valuable lesson. Trust no one, especially your "friend" who thinks being a double agent is funny.
4
There's plenty of accountability, just not for those with a lot of money.
4
This is what happens when you have a weak Justice Department that doesn't do its job because they fear politicizing situations.
4
Question: Why is our military not doing anything to stop all this from happening? They are supposed to uphold the constitution and protect the country. And it's blatantly obvious that is NOT happening.
4
Hope he gets the "Jeffrey Dahmer" treatment while in prison.
4
Could you imagine the outrage from the "other side" if a judge picked by Joe Biden was overseeing Hunter's case, and the judge decided to completely throw out the case?
4
Yes, this election is important. But we also need to look beyond this election. The entire election system needs a massive overhaul. The Electoral College system often results in a president winning without the popular vote majority. This has occurred in several elections throughout U.S. history, most recently in 2016 when he lost by millions of votes. My bet is the former president will lose the popular vote by at least 10 million but will pull whatever strings necessary to cheat his way into power through the electoral college. Time to eliminate the electoral college system and replace it with: - Ranked Choice Voting - This could help reduce polarization and give third-party candidates more viability. - National Popular Vote - This would ensure the candidate with the most total votes nationwide becomes president. - Proportional Allocation: Rather than winner-take-all in most states, votes could be allocated proportionally based on state results. This would prevent a party seizing total control when they win by a slim majority 51% to 49%

Sheesh.... again, post censored. Judge Canon is going to get a seat on the Supreme Court if "you know who" wins a second term. Seems like I can't say his name or the post will be removed.
4
incoming major recession and DT voters can't blame it on anyone but themselves.
4
The election is right around the corner. If you are tired of political drama now..... Don't bother logging into the internet. Actually, let's take it a step further and don't bother watching or listening to anything.
4
If I had $1 for each post censored in this video, I'd be able to retire in Hawaii tomorrow.
4
And lately we learned republics have just as many flaws, especially when the country is now a corporatocracy where the elected officials legislate for themselves and their big business donors instead of the people who elected them.
3
You can thank the right wing surpreme court for saying money is free speech in their Citizens United ruling. It was a split 5 to 4 decision with all the right wingers agreeing on the ruling.
3
Yea, the same Justice Department that ignored the January capitol issue for how many years. Seriously, youtube censored every word I used and only posted the comment above when I used the word "issue."
3
No, what he does is pander to the working man by throwing a small bone or two in their direction that is meaningless while the rest of his policies trickle 90% of the wealth upwards. And when all is said and done that small bone most of us get won't amount to anything.
3
The title of your video is strange. When I read it, I thought to myself "his victims" were the people he killed. How does a dead person recover?
3
Republicans are the law and order party, only law and order don't apply to their own actions
3
Don't forget to say all this "bad" stuff was brought to you by the same Supreme Court judges put into power by Trump and his right wing friends. Yet people think Biden's age is the biggest issue? What planet are these people from? Sheesh.... having said that, I do think Biden should step down. But I would not vote for Trump no matter what.
3
Sorry for this dry response, but youtube kept censoring my more passionate one. Truly sad: The recent election results have raised important questions about potential policy implementation by the new administration and state-federal dynamics. Some analysts speculate certain states may resist or challenge federal directives they disagree with. This could potentially lead to complex legal and economic scenarios, such as disputes over sending state tax revenue to the Federal Government. While the exact outcomes remain uncertain, it's clear that the relationship between state and federal governments may face new tests in the coming years.

C E N S O R S H I P Love how comments 100x worse than mine stick.
3
Yea, I love how everything is "legitimate" as long as it supports my side. I could only imagine what Fox News would be saying if Democrats did this.
3
Just say the video was A.I. generated.
2
Okay, it didn't go well. Too bad it will have zero effect on how he is viewed by right wing voters who will never see how incompetent he really is on right wing media who will simply ignore all of this and instead complain about Biden's age even though Trump is only a few years younger and probably in much poor health.
2
And here I thought he was quitting because he got offered a massively lucrative deal to join the DT team!
2
I wonder what the traffic court judge will say when I ask him for a pardon for not using my blinker to make a right-hand turn and not wearing a seatbelt.
2
The censorship in this thread is off the wall.
