  1. Not necessarily. We looked at a Lexus ES350 and visited Lexus and saw nothing but stuck up sales/service staff blurting fancy words and sounding so robotic. The atmosphere just feels arrogant the second you walk in and usually the sales staff consists of a bunch of the hipster doofus type. Fake smiles and in all honesty the staff doesn't know much, I knew more about the car than they did.
