  1. The start/stop is more intrusive than fuel saving. I know the starter and engine has been designed to incorporate this system but I see problems with it down the line. First thing I'd do after hopping in is shut off that stupid system.

  2. Sweet ride although I'd opt for a 335i. A BMW doesn't seem like a BMW without the I6 motor although this 4 cylinder engine is excellent in power and efficiency. The interior is nice and hopefully these ride a bit better than the E90 which was a bit punishing with SP and RFTs.

  3. That's unfortunate. My Uncle has a 2003 E39 540i and it's been fantastic. The engine did need head/valve cover gaskets and the suspension did need a few repairs but other than that the car is rock solid and interior quality with the exception of the cup holders is amazing. It rides good and takes turns nice and flat.
