  1. Uhhh Audi and Mercedes Benz offer complementary service for the first 5 years/50k and 4 years 80k respectively just like BMW does. Don't think it's free, you do pay for it in the price somewhere whether you lease or purchase a new car and the dealerships will make sure of that. No modern German car has stellar reliability, the only general rule is that the simpler ones give less problems due to less technology and over-engineering. Only German car I'd own is a MBZ C300.
