I don't mind Toyota/Lexus offering dated vehicles like the Tundra, Sequoia, Tacoma or GX but the pricing is just insane on one of these new. They have more than made their money on these models to cover the R&D, design and building costs that are present when designing new vehicles so why do the prices keep creeping up? It's gravy at this point and much newer vehicles with more modern designs, features, powertrains and safety tech are costing the exact same. I get the whole reliability side of it but if reliability is going to cost me more but I have to sacrifice more is it really worth it?
