  2. Still has a CVT so no go. I test drove a 2009 Nissan Sentra years ago and what a horrible transmission it was. Only good thing was that it allowed the engine to rev nice and low at highway speeds resulting in good fuel economy but city driving was just terrible. Why not a good 6 or 8 speed auto? The Aisin units in Toyotas are smooth and the 7 speed in my Mercedes shifts really smooth so shift quality can't be a reason why they used CVT.
