  1. Reminds me of a female Toronto police officer who basically ran from the criminal for 3 minutes around her car. Upon backup arriving a male officer had the guy down on the ground in about 5 seconds. The sad part is she probably thinks she should be paid as much as he gets. Female officers would be good for negotiation, securing the perimeter of a crime or crash scene, community engagement or canvassing. Leave primary response to physically stronger more imposing men.
