  1. Blizzaks suck balls. They barely last 2 seasons or about 15k miles IF that and are no better than AS tires beyond that. The WS70s, WS80s, WS90s and the DMV ones for SUVs all have that issue and are pricey. I now have made in China Minerva Eco Stud winter tires on my car which are now entering the 3rd winter and they grip like crazy in snow and icy/slush mix. They are noisy and hum pretty loud but at least they grip which Blizzaks don't. The holy grail would be Nokian Hakkapellittas anyway.

  2.  @homes24  There are also a lot of complaints. How is it the Chinese tires did a better job in bad weather than the Blizzaks?

  3. Even the cheapest winter tires works great. I got a set of cheap alloys and Minerva Eco Stud winter tires and they grip like hell in the snow on my AWD Benz. As a matter of fact, I found the Chinese winter tires to last longer than Bridgestone Blizzaks which were good for the first 2 seasons at best. I bought a set of Eskay winter tires for my Mom's Sentra 4 winters ago and they still grip great. No wobbling or vibrations either.
