  2.  @AlbertHess-xy7ky  Which the pickup driver should have seen. Right of way is right of way regardless of what the driver with right of way is doing. Pretty straight road so it was obvious to see the officer.

  3. People need to understand right of way. Right of way is right of way. There is no exception. The cops had the legal right of way as ANYBODY driving on the road would have the right of way and the pickup driver would be at fault for pulling out. Not having the emergency lights/sirens isn't a violation of law. It's a violation of department policy but remember that policy isn't law.
