  3. So many ignorant people out there when it comes to pet care. Pets are NOT toys. They are living things that have feelings and need to be cared for both on a physical and psychological level. When we got our kitten who was 2 months old he had all sorts of behavior issues because the previous owners kept it in a box in a locked empty room after finding him as a newborn kitten. With a little time, patience and care we were able to get the kitten to not be scared of open spaces and he (pretty quickly) turned into a loving, playful, spoiled, fluffy and fat cat who we have now had for the past 7 years.

  4. Senior cats make great companions. They genuinely appreciate all one does for them. Bless the couple for giving Heiko the best final years of his life.
