  1. I work as a service advisor at a GM dealership. We would get customers like this from time to time. What I would do is quote them an absurd amount and they'd piss and moan but eventually leave which is what we wanted them to do in the first place. It's customers like these that take up the most time and makes the business the least amount of money.
