  2. I'd spring for a base Audi Q7 3.0T long before I get this Acura MDX. Had this been 2011 I would have said the opposite but all of the things that made an Acura an Acura is not present on this version of the MDX. The ZF 9 speed is horrid especially for passing situations and while it might be loaded up with features they don't necessarily work as well as intended. Between transmission issues, oil consumption issues and various electrical issues there is little desirability in such a vehicle especially when reliability and dependability are supposed to be at the forefront. Heck, if it has to be Japanese then Toyota Highlander or Lexus RX. Far better options.
