What a psycho lady. I know women will come to her defense because "feminism" right but let's look at it from an objective stance. If you're not happy with something simply explain it to the worker and work it out with them. The worker was willing to make things right but the customer did what they did because they felt they could get away with it and not take responsibility for themselves or emotions.
