These cops should be ashamed. It shocks me that in Texas of all places these cops would have been hesitant to enter. The entire Uvalde police department needs to be replaced from rookie officer to Chief.

As a Canadian I have to scratch my head at this. There was NO evidence or record that there was ever any debris or ice on the highway so how all of those drivers managed to crash is beyond me. Also, those truckers have a death wish driving as fast as they were. All that space in Texas and they manage that?

@squirming_squirrels Just stop. They defunded many police agencies in California and crime doubled and a social worker was killed. While they need to add in mental health services that would mean adding sections to the police department not pulling funds from. Response times go up, people will realize that police aren't coming anytime soon and more people will want to go out and commit crime. You're probably one of the same people that said sirens should be banned because they scare people...
