  1. The action wasn't the issue. In fact the officer was professional in his conduct during the arrest so why he decided to falsify his reports is beyond me. Had he justifiably stated on his report why he did that there would have been 0 issue. The biggest problem is this now will call all of the previous officer's charges and arrests into question.
