What annoys me about Krown is that they insist on drilling holes. I ask if they can just undercoat my vehicle and they always give me a hard time regardless of the location. Now I just buy rust proofing and do it by myself. Probably do a better job than these guys as well.

@rblythin They only rust from the inside out if water gets in and guess what? When they drill water will get in. Many cars like Mercedes and BMW have cavity wax inside the doors so they don't need any additional protection. Tell me the last time you've seen a 2005 and up MB or BMW with rust on the door bottoms? I just want undercoating, that's it but shops always give me a hard time about it I jack the car up, pressure wash the undercarriage, wrap the lower half of the painted part of the car with plastic, wrap the exhaust and spray the damn rustproofing myself. My 9 year old daily driven MB has not a spot of rust anywhere.

@rblythin I had a 15 year old C280 before that was driven in the salty snowy winter and hottest summers and no rust via my method. There will come a day when I may not be able to get underneath a car to do this so now what? I have to conform to what Krown says? Like just spray the damn bottom. Don't even warranty it, I just want the bottom sprayed... That's it. Cavity wax works on the other areas.
