Whoever did the infotainment system and whoever signed off on that needs to be fired. Lag is unacceptable in 2021 especially when a $300 Android phone is as smooth as butter. Also, why have the driver drill through so many menus just to make simple adjustments? VW was always about functionality even if it was boring but functionality is the way to go.
