  1. There was a female cop here in Toronto who basically ran "Ring Around the Rosie" for 3 minutes from a criminal after failing to take him down. Within 5 seconds of a male back up officer arriving and getting out of his car he effortlessly had the criminal on the ground. The sad part is the female officer was probably being paid the same amount of money despite not being capable of doing the job.
