  1. True petrolheads actually appreciate all cars and their intentions. It's YouTube idiots like yourself and superficial people that would laugh and let's be honest, in the presence of normal people who cares what the above mentioned think? In the end they're total idiots. I never see people bashing BMW and their M Branding on lots of non M cars (like the M235i and M240i despite the M2 being present in the lineup) yet Mercedes decides to do that and make a great car yet it's automotive blasphemy according to others.

  2. Can't wait to hear about all the problems this new powertrain gives. I was excited to hear MB was returning to using I6 motors but of course they had to reinvent the wheel. The I6 motor along with the electric motors AND the turbo does sound brilliant in theory and the R&D must have been insane but I sure hope it can be a reliable package for many many miles.

  3. Aaaaand you made yourself look like more of a dumbass (didn't think it was possible). I'm a guy and yes, you're right I've never owned an AMG. As a matter of fact I have a plain old 2012 W204 C300 Sport but have had the pleasure of driving a W212 E63 AMG. I can understand and appreciate the differences of a V8 AMG but these sort of AMG lite cars (C43, E43 CLS53 etc...) don't seem far off at all. It just builds on what is an already solid platform and not everyone needs a TT V8. As a matter of fact the V6 variants might be the more manageable car many are looking for in terms of performance. Perhaps the V8 is just too brash and given the stout output of these TT V6 engines they might just serve as the "Goldilocks" of the MB lineup.
