  1. The absolute worst so far in terms of modern motors would be the 2.0T in Audis and the N63 4.4L V8 in BMWs. Too much tolerance between the piston rings and cylinder wall which allows oil to sneak past them and gets burnt in the combustion cycle. Also, the CCV would suck oil instead of built up air and pressure in the crank case and because of emission regulations that air gets thrown right back into the intake. On top of that those motors are DFI motors so that oil vapor gets stuck on the intake manifold and valves which cause carbon buildup. Stupid design.
