  1. I started using a dash cam after a near miss about 8 years ago. I figured the camera won't stop the incident from happening but at least it will help clear things up should something happen. Here's where the story gets somewhat funny (now that I look back at things). My own dash cam ended up getting me in trouble once when I ended up in a road rage incident with someone else. Long story short I ended up doing 3 months house arrest with my own camera being the biggest piece of evidence. Been driving real calmly since that day in 2021.
