  1. I like the look of a W140, especially a final year Grand Edition, more but I like the way the W220 drives more than the W140. The W220 feels lighter on it's feet and the ABC equipped ones handle insanely good for a heavy vehicle. Also, later models (2004-2006) were good in terms of reliability. You had to stay on top of them but they were solid overall.
