  1. Yeah they say the same thing for my car (16,000 kms or once a year) but I do it every 6 months which works out to about 7,000kms. Good peace of mind and a great selling point later on down the line. Even if I'm wasting money doing it every 6 months I'd rather waste some money than waste an engine.
